On 1 November 2019, we introduced new national rules around gift cards and vouchers.

 

Future Therapy offers seasonal limited special offer gift cards and vouchers (eg. Mothers day, Christmas Special and etc) will be within the category of "exception of some limited-use gift cards and vouchers". These gift cards and vouchers will have 6 months expiry period from the date of the purchase. Please refer to your gift cards or vouchers for the expiry date.

All our ordinally gift cards and vouchers will have 3 years expiry period from the date of the purchase. Please refer to your gift cards or vouchers for the expiry date.

Future Therapy gift cards and vouchers are only valid until the expiry date specified on gift cards and vouchers and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Future Therapy is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.

Any gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any gift cards and vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or special at Future Therapy. Any gift cards and vouchers must be used by one person in one visit. 

Stamps not applicable for purchasing vouchers.
